One of Mayor of Kingstown’s least exciting episodes was Santa Jesus (S02E08), where Mike (Jeremy Renner) got into additional difficulty shortly after achieving the significant win and freeing Bunny from prison.
The episode introduced Mike to a strange new character named Allison (Callie Thorne), who quickly became close to Mike before disclosing her evil intentions.
Fans are curious about Terry’s identity and what happened to him, as Mike discovers Allison lamenting the apparent death of her boyfriend, whom we haven’t seen on the show before.
Terry from Mayor of Kingstown—What happened to him?
When they first met in the bar, Allison informed Mike that Terry had passed away, but Mike was unaware of this for an unknown reason. Allison told Mike that Terry was the only person who could have kept her safe when the two started dating.
Although Terry’s identity and activities at the men’s prison remain unknown, the sequence of events leading up to his demise suggests that he worked as a correctional officer or in another capacity.
The vast majority of the COs in the Mayor of Kingstown prisons are AB sympathisers, greatly outnumbered by the numerous prisoners with ties to the Crips. P Dog, the former head of the Crips, became enraged with the brotherhood’s COs after they denied him all rights and mistreated him. With Milo’s assistance, P Dog then started a riot.
Terry was probably one of the 36 guards that the inmates killed during the riots. Although Mike informed Allison that Terry was at the jail facility when the disturbance occurred, no other information was provided regarding his demise.
Allison acts as though she loves Mike and has enjoyed his company, but her true motivation for being with him is clear: she despises Mike. She probably set him up for murder when she told someone on the phone that he was waking up and then attempted to convince him to delay.
How did Mike and Terry get along?
Mike noticed that the seat next to Allison was empty when he walked into the pub and asked her where Terry was. Mike, Terry and Allison were clearly friends and had shared a few drinks at the bar before.
Then Allison questioned Mike about if he was still keeping the peace between the town’s gangs—the Crips and the brotherhood—and playing both sides. Allison held the Crips responsible for Terry’s death, which made her dislike the convicts in general.
Since Mike was unaware that Terry’s grandfather had passed away two years prior, he had not visited that area of Mayor of Kingstown in a while. This also explains why Mike was unaware of Terry’s passing.
Given that he left his gun with Paris for security while travelling to see Allison, he also didn’t anticipate any issues with Terry and Allison.
It’s possible that Mike’s bond with Terry began when he joined Brotherhood while incarcerated; he only went to see Allison and Terry in Santa Jesus since it was his “day off.”
It indicates that they were good friends who relished each other’s company and that, had he survived, he would have assisted Mike in clearing his head. Instead, he went to bed with his bereaved companion.
Has Allison turned on Mike?
Just before Mike woke up, Allison called an unknown individual and revealed Mike’s whereabouts, betraying him. Who Allison spoke with is unknown, although it might have something to do with the hit that was attempted on Mike shortly after he left Allison’s residence.
Allison persuaded Mike to stay a little while longer, saying he would benefit from a cup of coffee, just before he left. Soon after Mike woke up, Allison attempted to give him more booze as well.
She was presumably trying to fool whoever she was speaking to over the phone by doing all in her power to persuade Mike to stay in the house.
Carney had previously informed Mike that the majority of the prison’s guards were either members of the AB or its supporters. Terry’s involvement might help to explain why, shortly after leaving Allison’s residence, Davidson attempted to kill Mike.

Before Mike and Kyle intervened and pistol-whipped Davidson, the commander of the AB-affiliated guards who had been harassing Bunny at the prison, he was instructed not to threaten Mike ever again.
“I thought you were one of us,” Kyle said to Mike before he and Mike left Davidson alone. Duke, the man Mike killed for torturing Iris, had also used the same expression.
So, the brotherhood may have issued a hit on Mike, and Davidson was just carrying it out. Given that law enforcement officers are part of the brotherhood, Mike may be in greater danger than he realised.
Mike and his family are in serious danger since they are being sought after by the Brotherhood and the other three gangs, the heads of which were not freed from prison.
Does Milo collaborate with Allison?
The only information provided by the show is that Milo appeared after Mike killed Davidson, and Davidson attempted to kill Mike thereafter. The identity of the person Allison was speaking to on the phone has not been revealed.
But Milo is closely associated with the brotherhood; upon Iris’s escape from Mike, he gave her to them as a present. Davidson could as well have been carrying out Milo’s commands because he was a member.
Allison might be collaborating with Milo if she is a brotherhood member or sympathiser. Mike finds himself in a challenging situation due to the collaboration between AB and Milo, as both are formidable gangs.
Allison might be Mike’s worst adversary because they had a sexual relationship right before he called his would-be assassin. Given that Mike collaborates with the Crips and doesn’t appear to view her as an enemy, she most likely believes Mike is to blame for Terry’s passing.
